Privacy Notice

This notice explains the information handled when you use the SitePlan California website or send us a project enquiry. For privacy questions, contact drafting@siteplanca.com.

Information You Provide

Enquiries may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, project description and documents you choose to share. Tool report forms may also collect the project inputs used to prepare the requested result. Please send only information relevant to the enquiry.

How Enquiries Are Used

We use submitted information to review the project, respond to questions, prepare a scope or quote and communicate about requested services. Our forms may store an administrative copy in WordPress and send the enquiry or a notification through email. Some forms send an acknowledgement to the email address supplied.

Technical Website Information

Hosting and security systems may process technical information needed to deliver the website and prevent misuse. Some forms use temporary request limits to reduce automated abuse. WordPress and related features may use cookies where needed for their operation.

Service Providers and External Resources

Website hosting, email delivery and other service providers process information to operate the services. Embedded maps and externally hosted resources may receive normal connection information when loaded. Links to government and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Project Documents

Project drawings and uploads may contain property or contact information. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or sensitive identity documents through public enquiry forms. Contact us first if a document needs special handling.

Retention and Requests

Submitted information may remain in enquiry records, project correspondence and backups. To ask about access, correction or removal of information you supplied, email us with enough detail to identify the relevant enquiry. Any applicable retention duties or project-record requirements will be considered when responding.
